1. Marketplace Status

 

Let’s Sell ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") operates as an online marketplace that facilitates transactions between independent buyers and sellers throughout Pakistan.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Let’s Sell is not the owner, manufacturer, importer, distributor, reseller, supplier, or seller of products listed on the Platform. Products offered for sale are listed, sold, and fulfilled by independent sellers who are solely responsible for their listings, products, pricing, warranties, guarantees, return policies, shipping practices, and compliance with applicable laws.

 

2. No Endorsement

 

The presence of any seller, product, service, advertisement, review, rating, image, or content on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee by Let’s Sell.

Buyers are responsible for exercising their own judgment before entering into transactions with sellers.

 

3. Accuracy of Information

 

While Let’s Sell strives to maintain accurate information on the Platform, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, availability, seller information, reviews, ratings, or other content will always be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish.

 

4. Intellectual Property Rights

 

All trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, designs, graphics, software, text, and other content displayed on the Platform, excluding user-generated content, are the property of Let’s Sell or its respective licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written permission from the rightful owner.

 

5. User-Generated Content

 

Sellers and buyers may submit listings, images, videos, reviews, ratings, comments, messages, and other content through the Platform.

Users remain responsible for the content they submit and represent that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations required to publish such content.

By submitting content to Let’s Sell, users grant Let’s Sell a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, promote, and use such content for Platform operation, marketing, customer support, legal compliance, and business purposes.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Let’s Sell shall not be liable for:

- Product defects or quality issues;

- Seller conduct or actions;

- Buyer conduct or actions;

- Incorrect product descriptions;

- Pricing errors;

- Delivery delays;

- Shipping losses;

- Business losses;

- Lost profits;

- Loss of data;

- Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages;

- Any disputes arising directly between buyers and sellers.

Let’s Sell's role is limited to providing the marketplace platform and related services.

 

7. Marketplace Disputes

 

Let’s Sell may assist buyers and sellers in resolving disputes through its policies, including the Let’s Sell Money Back Guarantee Policy.

However, Let’s Sell reserves the right to make final decisions regarding disputes, claims, refunds, returns, account actions, and policy enforcement based on the evidence available and the circumstances of each case.

 

8. Fraud Prevention and Verification

 

To protect buyers, sellers, and the Platform, Let’s Sell may request photographs, videos, receipts, courier records, communications, collection confirmations, identity verification documents, or other relevant evidence when investigating transactions, disputes, returns, refunds, policy violations, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Failure to cooperate with verification requests may affect account status, dispute outcomes, or eligibility for Platform protections.

 

9. Third-Party Services

 

The Platform may utilize or provide access to third-party services including:

- Payment providers;

- Courier services;

- Shipping partners;

- Communication services;

- Authentication and verification services;

- Analytics providers; and

- Other business partners.

Let’s Sell does not control and is not responsible for the services, policies, actions, availability, or performance of third-party providers.

 

10. Policy Hierarchy

 

In the event of any conflict between Platform policies, the following order shall apply:

  1. Applicable law;

  2. Terms of Service;

  3. Money Back Guarantee Policy;

  4. Privacy Policy;

  5. Shipping Policy;

  6. Seller-specific policies where permitted.

Seller policies may supplement but may not override mandatory protections provided by Let’s Sell or applicable law.

 

11. Policy Changes

 

Let’s Sell reserves the right to amend, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform, its services, features, policies, or programs at any time without prior notice, except where notice is required by law.

Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

12. Governing Law

 

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
