1. Acceptance of Terms

 

Welcome to Let’s Sell ("Let’s Sell", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Let’s Sell website, mobile applications, services, and marketplace platform (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.



2. About Let’s Sell

 

Let’s Sell is an online marketplace that connects buyers and independent sellers throughout Pakistan.

Let’s Sell is not the owner, manufacturer, distributor, or seller of most products listed on the Platform. Products are listed and sold by independent sellers who are solely responsible for their listings, inventory, product quality, warranties, guarantees, shipping, returns, and legal compliance.

Let’s Sell facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers and may provide dispute resolution and buyer protection services in accordance with its policies.



3. Eligibility

 

To use the Platform, you must:

- Be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Let’s Sell reserves the right to refuse access, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.



4. User Accounts

 

Users are responsible for:

- Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.

- All activities conducted through their account.

- Keeping account information accurate and up to date.

Users must immediately notify Let’s Sell of any unauthorized access or security breach involving their account.



5. Seller-Specific Policies

 

As Let’s Sell is a marketplace, individual sellers may establish their own policies regarding:

- Shipping and delivery

- Returns and exchanges

- Product warranties

- Product guarantees

- Replacements

- Order cancellations

- Processing and handling times

- Other seller-specific terms

These policies may differ from seller to seller and will be displayed on the relevant product page, seller profile, checkout page, or other applicable areas of the Platform.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing and understanding seller policies before placing an order.

Where applicable, the Let’s Sell Money Back Guarantee Policy provides minimum buyer protection standards. Seller policies cannot reduce or remove protections specifically granted under the Let’s Sell Money Back Guarantee Policy.



6. Buyer Responsibilities

 

By using the Platform as a buyer, you agree to:

- Provide accurate delivery and contact information.

- Review product details and seller policies before purchasing.

- Complete payments using approved payment methods.

- Cooperate in resolving disputes and return requests.

- Act honestly and in good faith.

 

Buyers must not:

- Submit false claims.

- Abuse refund or return programs.

- Engage in fraudulent activities.

- Misuse the Platform or other users.

For local pickup orders, buyers are responsible for inspecting the product before accepting collection. By accepting a local pickup order, the buyer acknowledges that they have had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the item and confirm that it matches the product listing and is in acceptable condition.

If the buyer believes the item materially differs from the listing, is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, the buyer should refuse acceptance and report the issue through the Platform before leaving the pickup location whenever reasonably possible.

Where a seller does not offer returns, warranties, guarantees, or replacement coverage, Let’s Sell may reject claims relating to issues that could reasonably have been identified during the inspection process at the time of collection.



7. Seller Responsibilities


By using the Platform as a seller, you agree to:


- Provide accurate product descriptions and images.

- List only products you are legally authorized to sell.

- Maintain accurate inventory levels.

- Ship orders within the stated timeframe.

- Honor your stated shipping, return, warranty, and guarantee policies.

- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.


Sellers are solely responsible for:


- Product quality

- Product safety

- Product authenticity

- Warranty obligations

- Guarantee obligations

- Consumer protection obligations

- Tax obligations

Sellers offering local pickup services should provide buyers with a reasonable opportunity to inspect the product before collection is completed.

Sellers are encouraged to maintain collection records, including photographs, signed receipts, collection confirmations, or other evidence showing that the buyer accepted the item at the time of collection.



8. Orders and Payments

 

When a buyer places an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase a product from the seller.

Let’s Sell reserves the right to:

- Refuse or cancel orders

- Verify payment information

- Limit quantities

- Prevent suspected fraudulent transactions

Prices displayed on the Platform are determined by sellers unless otherwise specified.

Payments must be made through approved payment methods available on the Platform.



9. Shipping and Delivery

 

Shipping and delivery terms may vary between sellers.

Delivery estimates provided on the Platform are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to:

- Courier delays

- Weather conditions

- Public holidays

- Operational disruptions

- Events beyond reasonable control

Buyers should review the seller's shipping policy before purchasing.



10. Returns, Refunds, Warranties and Guarantees

 

Return, refund, warranty, guarantee, replacement, and exchange policies may vary between sellers.

Buyers should carefully review the seller's policies before placing an order.

All transactions remain subject to the Let’s Sell Money Back Guarantee Policy, which establishes minimum buyer protection standards across the Platform.

Where a seller offers additional warranty, guarantee, replacement, or return benefits, those obligations remain solely the responsibility of the seller.

Let’s Sell is not responsible for honoring seller warranties, guarantees, or promises beyond the protections specifically provided by Let’s Sell policies.



11. Product Information

 

Product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, warranties, and guarantees are provided by sellers.

While Let’s Sell encourages accuracy, we do not guarantee that seller-provided information is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

Buyers should contact sellers directly regarding product-specific questions before purchasing.



12. Prohibited Products and Activities

 

Users may not list, sell, promote, or purchase products that:

- Violate Pakistani law

- Infringe intellectual property rights

- Are counterfeit or stolen

- Contain illegal drugs or controlled substances

- Promote fraudulent activity

- Are prohibited by Let’s Sell policies

Let’s Sell may remove listings or suspend accounts without prior notice.



13. Intellectual Property

 

All Platform content, including trademarks, logos, branding, software, text, graphics, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to Let’s Sell.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit Platform content without prior written permission.



14. User Content

 

Users may submit content including:

- Product listings

- Reviews

- Ratings

- Photos

- Videos

- Comments

By submitting content, users grant Let’s Sell a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

Users remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of their content.



15. Account Suspension and Termination

 

Let’s Sell may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts if a user:

- Violates these Terms

- Violates applicable laws

- Engages in fraudulent conduct

- Abuses Platform services

- Creates risk for other users or the Platform

Let’s Sell may remove listings, restrict account features, or permanently ban users when necessary.



16. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Let’s Sell disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including:

- Merchantability

- Fitness for a particular purpose

- Accuracy

- Availability

- Reliability

- Non-infringement

Let’s Sell does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, authenticity, or suitability of products listed by sellers.



17. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let’s Sell, its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:

- Indirect damages

- Consequential damages

- Lost profits

- Lost business opportunities

- Data loss

- Delivery delays

- Seller misconduct

- Product defects

- Warranty disputes

Any liability of Let’s Sell shall be limited to the amount of fees actually received by Let’s Sell in connection with the relevant transaction.



18. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Let’s Sell, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

- Your use of the Platform

- Violation of these Terms

- Violation of applicable laws

- Infringement of third-party rights



19. Privacy

 

Your use of Let’s Sell is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.



20. Force Majeure

 

Let’s Sell shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including:

- Natural disasters

- Government actions

- Internet outages

- Power failures

- Labor disputes

- War

- Civil unrest

- Public emergencies



21. Governing Law

 

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.



22. Changes to These Terms

 

Let’s Sell reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Any revised version becomes effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
